Jonathan Roel Gonzalez

Jonathan Gonzalez, entered his eternal resting place on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at the age of 29. Born in Houston, Texas, on January 15, 1992 he was the second of five children. Jonathan was looked up to by his siblings, he was a loving, compassionate, gentle soul. He absolutely enjoyed living in Austin with the love of his life Genevieve, and their Husky Charlie. He loved his family, friends, his coffee, gaming, hiking, biking, rock climbing, kayaking, always willing to try a new adventure with a great attitude and a smile on his face the entire time.
Jonathan worked at COBB Tuning as Dealer Sales Associate in Austin, Texas, his work family brought him so much pleasure, he loved what he did and the people he was surrounded by doing his job.
Jonathan will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him. He was here for a short time but his beautiful spirit left an everlasting impression on everyone who met him.
Jonathan leaves behind his girlfriend Genevieve Chow, his mother, Naomi Perez-Brotherton, his father Roel David Gonzalez, his stepfather Alan Brotherton, his siblings Priscilla Mango, Briana Gonzalez, Brandon Brotherton, Brooke Brotherton, nephew Damien Mango, niece Ariana Mango, both of which referred to him as "Uncle Mustache," his maternal grandparents Raul & Maria Perez, his beloved pet Charlie and many more family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Saul Gonzalez and Imelda Pina, and uncle Saul Gonzalez all from Houston, TX.
Visitation will be Thursday , May 27, 2021 10:00Am-6:00Pm, Harrell Funeral Home 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin TX 78745
