Cleo Nell Glosson

Cleo Glosson died peacefully on May 21, 2021. Cleo was born May 20, 1934 in Buda, TX to Wiley and Mamie Lowden.

Cleo married J. F. Glosson, Jr. on January 24, 1953. They enjoyed life together until his death in 2003. They owned Glosson Exxon for 40+ years. Cleo is preceded in death by her husband, J. F.; her father, Wiley; her mother Mamie and her siblings Jim, Connie, Aubrey and Bob.

She is survived by her son, Monte Glosson, Sr. of Dripping Springs; daughter, Mitzi Wiederkehr (Gary) of Granite Shoals; grandchildren Chris Glosson, (Kim) of Wimberley; Monte Glosson, Jr. (Laureen) of Dripping Springs; Courtney Wiederkehr of Granite Shoals and Justin Wiederkehr of Denton. Great Grandchildren Truett Glosson, Colby Glosson, Brayden Glosson and Beaux Glosson. Surviving In-Laws are Bill Shanley (Ann), Sherry Lowden, Martha Jane Ahlders and Jo Ann Glosson. And last, her canine companion "Duke".

She was loved and will be greatly missed.

Her family would like to thank the staff at Sodalis and Suncrest Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.

A graveside funeral service will be Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Puryear Cemetery, Bell Springs Road. Arrangements by Harrell Funeral Home, Dripping Springs, Texas.
