"Russell, all of the stories Joy has shared with me about you and her have always brought a huge smile to my face. You have made such an impact in the beautiful person she is today. It makes me sad to know I will never meet Rockin Russell and see Rockin Joy jam with her father. But I know you will be watching over her, leading her and showing her the way. Until you meet again she continues to be loved and I promise to watch over her in this world. God bless you and Rest In Peace Russell. "
