Nancy Ann Anton was born on December 13, 1947 in Valparaiso, Indiana. She is the daughter of Ray and Virginia Grimm and younger sister to Phil Grimm. She lived in several Midwest states while growing up due to her Dad's position with Goodyear Tire and Rubber. In 1964, the Grimm family settled down in Fullerton, California, when her Dad was promoted to Sr VP of Goodyear. Nancy graduated from Sunny Hills High School in 1965. Upon graduation, she received a 1965 Mustang convertible, which Carroll Shelby, a friend of her Dad, helped pick out.
After graduation, Nancy attended Westminster College in Utah and worked at Disneyland during the summers. After college, she was employed by GTE for 10 years.
Nancy met Al Anton and they went on to marry in June of 1978. They had twin boys, Jonathan and Jeremy, who were born in June of 1982. She enjoyed spending time with her boys and family. Numerous days were spent going to family baseball, basketball, football, and soccer games.
Nancy was an animal lover and horseback enthusiast. She rescued her cat "Peekie" at the age of 10 and cared for her for 22 years.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Al, and twin boys, Jonathan and Jeremy.
