Jane A. Parks, 64, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 in Fort Dodge.
Celebration of Life Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Prayer service at 7:00 PM at Laufersweiler Funeral Home. The services will be livestreamed from the Laufersweiler Funeral Home Facebook page.
Survivors include her sons Dylan (Angie) Drummond of Fort Dodge, Vern (Marissa) Parks of Moorland, Trey (Sam) Parks of Norwalk, Jesse (Bonnie) Parks of Cedar Rapids, 14 grandchildren, sisters Jerry Weaver and Linda Walker both of Fort Dodge.
She was preceded in death by her parents Otto Balduf and Garnett Walker, husband Tom Parks, son Jake Drummond, brother Charlie Walker, sisters Beverly Tiernan, and Carol Walker.
Jane Ann Walker was born on May 26, 1956 in Fort Dodge. She attended schools here and graduated in 1974 from Fort Dodge Senior High School. In 1987, she was united in marriage to Tom Parks and the couple established their home in Fort Dodge. Jane was a homemaker for most of her life. She enjoyed crafting, genealogy, watching Jeopardy, and was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan. Jane loved her grand babies and her Pomeranian dogs.
