Pamela Steck
January 14, 1952 - April 28, 2021

Pamela J. (Pohl) Steck, 69, of Badger, passed away on Wednesday April 28, 2021 at her home.
Visitation will be held on Saturday May 15th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 15th at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the Laufersweiler Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Meier, officiating.
Survivors include her 3 children Crystal (Chris) Wendell of Badger, Lance Steck of Badger, and Sheryl Steck of Colfax, her 5 grandchildren that she loved to spend time with Tawnya and Kirsten, daughters of Crystal, and Sheryl's children Shyann, Teagan and Tevin, sisters Mona Baker of Huxley, and Melesa (Mark) Brown of Fort Dodge, several nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Arloween (Carlson) Pohl and husband Michael.
Pamela Jean Steck Pohl was born on January 14, 1952. Pam was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and keeper of the house. Pamela enjoyed many things including bird watching, crocheting, plants inside and out, traveling when she could, and having her grandkids come and stay with her during summer vacations. She very much loved her pets and supported the shelter, animals, and pets in need. Pam loved acquiring cardinal art pieces which see displayed all year round. She loved to sit near a fire, and this was often the center of just getting together and spending time with family. Pam was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that her love live on through donations in her memory to the "Almost Home" Humane Society of North Central Iowa in Fort Dodge.
