With his laid back, easy going, friendly personality, Tony was loved by his family and made many good friends during his lifetime.
Tony's love of the out of doors led him to a career in grounds maintenance with the Hills of Texas Golf Course, and later with Dripping Springs ISD, caring for the campus grounds and sports fields.
In August of 1985, Tony met Karen Joy Johnson who had just joined the staff of DSISD. While working together, Tony and Karen became friends and fell in love. They were married on July 19,1986.
Together, their marriage endured life's ups and down for 34 years and 9 months.
Tony and Karen made their home in the hill country just west of Dripping Springs. God blessed them with two wonderful daughters, Melissa Ann and Christina Joy.
