Robert "Robbie" Hastings
January 7, 1949 - April 7, 2021
Robert "Robbie" Hastings, age 72, passed away April 7th, 2021 at the Brantley Hospice House surrounded by his family.
Robbie was born January 7th, 1949, in Jacksonville, Fl to the late Jean and Angus Hastings. He is survived by two sisters, Becky Seyler (Keith) and Bonnie Powell.
Robbie served in the Air National Guard from 1967 to 1973 and was a long standing member of the Marston Lodge #49 of Fort McCoy, Fl.
There was never a bigger Florida Gator fan than Robbie and he had been a Gator booster since 1978. He attended Gator football and basketball games and even went to the college baseball World Series in Omaha to support his team.
Robbie was also an avid hunter and fisherman and the happiest days of his life were spent outdoors doing what he loved most.
Arrangements are being handled by Coast to Coast Cremations and a private family service will be held at a later date to spread his ashes on his favorite hunting spot.
