Albert Mendoza
November 20, 1953 - March 28, 2021

Albert Mendoza Jr., 67 of Buda, Texas, passed away on Sunday, March 28th, 2021 at Saint David's Medical Center in Austin, Texas.
Albert was born in Buda, Texas, on November 20th, 1953 to Delia Rodriguez Mendoza and Alberto Mendoza Sr.
He is preceded in death by his parents Delia and Alberto as well as his brother Juan Mendoza.
Albert is survived by his loving children, Myra A. Hernandez and her husband Jesse, Albert Mendoza Jr. III, Michelle M. Mendoza, and Don Faustino Mendoza. His legacy will also be remembered by his twelve grandchildren: Joshua J. Longoria, Analyssa Longoria, Angel R. Chavez, Andrew K. Chavez, Alexander M. Chavez, Cody L. Frias, Bryan J. Frias, Brooke A. Morales, Gabrielle R. Morales, Jade A. Morales, Lily G. Mendoza, Albert C. Mendoza IV as well as three great-grandchildren: Josiah X. Longoria, Isabella S. Longoria, and Fernando L. Chavez. Albert also leaves behind four sisters; Mary Cisneros, Linda Verver, Juana Lara, and Susie Mahlstede, and two brothers: Celedonio Mendoza and Manuel Mendoza.
Albert was a Lead Journeyman Electrician the Z-Non Electric Inc. for 11 years and 9 months. Albert had worked many years as an electrician, and he retired in 2015. He loved fishing, listening to music, spending time with his grandchildren, and helping his family out when they needed electrical expertise. Albert was a son, father, brother, friend, and uncle. He was a fun, caring, loving and charitable person. Albert will be missed dearly; but not forgotten.
Please join Albert's family in celebrating his life with a time of visitation on Monday, April 5th, 2021 at Harrell Funeral Home, 1715 Kirby, Kyle, Texas from 5 to 8 pm with a Rosary service at 7 pm. Albert's funeral mass will follow at Saint Anthony Marie de Claret Catholic Church 801 Burleson Street, Kyle, Texas on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery, 13945 N. US 183 in Lockhart, Texas. Pallbearers for Albert's service will be: Angel R. Chavez, Alexander M. Chavez, Joshua J. Longoria, J.R. Mendoza, Albert Mendoza III, and Don F. Mendoza.
