Robby G. Smith, age 46, of Aledo and formerly of Quincy, died Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 11:35 am in his home.
Robby was born June 10, 1974 in Quincy, IL, the son of David and Barbara Wayman Dyer.
Robby was a 1991 graduate of Quincy High School. He had worked as a night auditor for Days Inn and the Yacht Club in Quincy and in Nashville, TN. He had also been employed by H&R Block as a income tax preparer. In his spare time, Robby enjoyed singing karaoke and playing slots and Bingo.
Survivors include: his mother, Barbara Webster of Lima, IL; his brother, Randy (Andrea) Smith of Lima, IL; three nephews: Rocky and Brett Kroeger and Benny Kinard; his uncle, Paul Wayman of Quincy; and his aunt, Deborah Kroeger of Quincy.
Robby was preceded in death by his father, David Dyer, and his brother, Ronnie Smith.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
