In loving memory of

James B. Marshall
May 6, 1944 - March 21, 2021

After a full and storied life, James Marshall, 76, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021. Born on May 6, 1944 in Eagle Pass, TX to Roy and Irene Marshall, he grew up in Cheyenne, WY with his younger siblings Steven, Valjean and Robin Adair. Graduating from the University of Wyoming, post-graduate studies in Mathematics, and earning a teaching certificate never managed to eclipse his affinity for the outdoors and his life-long love of the game of golf. After a brief service in the Air National Guard following graduation, Jim set his heart and his future on the game that would lead him all over the country and across oceans for the next 50 years as a golf professional. A local pro since 1968, Jim was known, loved, and will be deeply missed by many. He is survived by his wife Debbie, daughter Laura, sisters Valjean and Adair, mother-in-law Marcie, and his beloved nieces and nephew.

"Sweet Jimmy, go rest high my dear! You have forever touched our hearts with your magnificent stories, oh so many stories. I loved hearing you tell of travels near and far. It was so fun to share your love for food ... nobody could recall a meal like you! And how I loved to hear you tell stories about your sweet Laura and how much you loved Deb. Until I see you again, Char xo"
