Heather A. Belden, 44, of Gwinn, was reunited with her son on Saturday evening, March 13, 2021 at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
She was born January 17, 1977 in Manistique, MI, a daughter of James and Judy (Loehr) Wallace. She was a 1995 graduate of Taquamenon High School and attended NMU.
Heather was employed as a secretary at Stenberg Brothers for 15 years and also waitressed at Jerry's Wilderness.
She enjoyed spending time with her kids doing their activities, workouts at Anytime Fitness, weekend BBQ's and Christmas.
Heather is survived by her husband, Michael Belden of Gwinn; children, Cecily, Leah & Xavier Belden, all of Gwinn; mother, Judy Wallace of Curtis; brothers, James (Jenny) Wallace of Grant and Christopher Wallace of Curtis; aunts, uncles & cousins; She was preceded in death by her son, Dillon and grandma Loehr, and beloved pet, Sarge.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm at Canale-Gwinn Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A memorial service will follow at 1 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Ron Westman officiating. Facemasks and social distancing will be required.
