Lizzie Mae Moseley
June 4, 1931 - December 1, 2020

Lizzie Mae Moseley, 89, of Los Banos, CA, passed on December 1, 2020.
Lizzie was born to Spencer Tillman I and Magnolia Turner June 4, 1931 in West Point, Mississippi. She was a sister to Mary Alice McClintock and Spencer Tillman II. At the age of 25, Lizzie and her son Mellon C Moseley II moved to Los Banos, CA in 1956. In the years that followed, she married Andy Anderson, and together the two built a home and a life. Lizzie enjoyed her service work as a member of the Jehovah's Witness congregation. Being a people person and outgoing, Lizzie was very well known and loved by all in the community. Whether she was going to get groceries at New Deal Market or knocking on your door Saturday morning, just about everyone in town knew Ms. Lizzie.
Lizzie leaves behind as her legacy of four Grandchildren: Michelle E. Moseley of Los Banos, CA. Mellon C. Moseley III of Los Banos, CA. Monsais C. Moseley of Elk Grove, CA and Denise M. Moseley of Newman, CA. 12 Great Grandchildren and one Great, Great Grandchild. Lizzie also leaves to cherish her memory many extended family members in Northern California, West Point, Mississippi and Birmingham, Alabama. She was proceeded in death by her son, Mellon C. Moseley II, Granddaughter Magnolia C. Moseley and her husband Andy Anderson.
Lizzie will forever be remembered as Sister Anderson. Being a devoted Jehovah's Witness brought joy to her heart and she spread that joy to everyone she would meet. As a loving, devoted mother and grandmother, Lizzie will forever be remembered for her strength and unconditional love.
Due to the current pandemic, we will be having a celebration at 1pm on June 5, 2021 at the Oliveira Park located at 1115 Cardoza Road, Los Banos, Ca 93635.
