Todd D. Peters, age 66, of Lincoln, NE and formerly of Quincy, died Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 7:13 a.m. in his home.
Todd was born December 18, 1954 in Quincy, IL, a son of Clarence Alfred and Janice Sue Arnold Peters. He married Janice Vahle on July 8, 1978 in Quincy.
Todd was employed as a manager for many years at various restaurants, including Pizza Hut and Fazoli's. In his spare time he enjoyed antiques and garage sales. Todd was an avid fan of the New York Mets and the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors include five children: Tracey Dodd; Michael (Shannon) Peters; Travis (Andrea) Peters; Mandi (Jeremy) Weaver; and Angela Peters all of Quincy; nine grandchildren: Grace, Alec, and Mary Dodd; Karly, Nate, and Anna Peters; and Haley Friday and Aubree and Evan Fry, all of Quincy; two brothers: Craig Peters of Lincoln, NE; and Jeff (Della) Peters of Quincy; his aunt, Jean Brady of Quincy; his uncle, Bill Arnold of Quincy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents
Services: 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.
Burial: Quincy Memorial Park
Visitation: 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.
