" Mrs. Laura Zavala was a beloved Spanish Teacher at Dos Palos High School for over two decades, touching the hearts and minds of over 2,500 students. She was also a class advisor, club advisor, department chair, and so much more during her tenure as a Bronco. Mrs. Zavala?s legacy will live on through her students and their love for the Spanish language, the literature, and the culture which she so admired and loved sharing through her teaching. Mrs. Zavala?s students were her main priority as the hundreds of Biliteracy Seals and successful Spanish speaking students will show. She will be greatly missed both in and out of the classroom.
