Edward Allen Haight Jr.
June 9, 1950 - February 23, 2021

Edward Allen Haight Jr., age 70 of Cumming, GA, went home to be with the Lord on February 23, 2021. Ed was a graduate of Ohio State University. He always enjoyed OSU and UGA football, trips to Daytona Beach and Gatlinburg, TN.

In 1991 he opened and operated Dahlonega Electric Supply in Dahlonega, GA. He became friends with many salesmen and customers in the supply business.

While attending Friendship Baptist Church in Dahlonega, GA, he was ordained as a deacon. Ed was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church. He was a loving father and husband. Ed made many friends in his lifetime.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his In-Laws, Lee Roy and Lourene Martin.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Gayle Martin Haight; son, Rev. Jonathan Martin Haight and many friends.

Funeral services will be held on February 25, 2021, at 4:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Haight, Rev. Ruel Martin, Rev. Jerry Orr, and Rev. Danny Bennett officiating. The service can be seen at https://youtu.be/MUjcrd6hkAw Visitation will be held at the funeral home on February 25, 2021, from 12:00 PM until the hour service. The interment will be held at Sawnee View Gardens following the service.
