Gladys Lisenbee was called home by the Lord on October 1, 2013.
Gladys was born in Hollister to Ray and Helen Spencer on May 7, 1922. She attended the local elementary and high schools. After graduation she attended San Benito Jr. College. During WWII Gladys moved to San Francisco and worked as a bookkeeper.
In 1945 Gladys married Eldon Lisenbee; they were married for 62 years before Eldon’s death in 2007. They have three children, Jeannie Goodwin of York, PA, Mimi Nuessle of Los Banos, CA, and Spencer Lisenbee of Cobb, CA. Gladys leaves 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.
