"Quin Keck was a very wise soul. He treated others as he wanted to be treated. He lived down the street from us and he had a lot of conversations with dad about fishing. Sad he's gone so soon but GOD needed him now. He's with his family again and more than likely he's either looking for a new fishing hole or has already found one. RIP QUIN KECK . "I was so sad to hear about Quin, it doesn't seem possible. He was an awesome football player in High School and we all enjoyed hanging out with him. He definitley had a presence and he was always very sweet. I am so sorry for your loss. Bonnie"

"I've known Quin for many years. Very sorry for your loss. I remember seeing Quin riding his bicycle along with Robert by Panoche inn. Thought he was crazy, but a good crazy. Quin loved to fish the Highline canal where it went under the Los Banos creek. We spent quite a bit of time chatting, whether Quin was fishing or shooting his bow. He talked about this being his last season working, clearing off his desk, and doing more fishing. The last time I saw Quin, he was heading to the canal, I was going home. We waved at each other. I never thought it would be the last time I would see Quin. In my opinion, Quin was an outstanding person, never had a bad word to say, and easy going. He will be missed. Stan"
