John Soares Barroso a long time resident of Dos Palos quietly passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Modesto, CA. He was 83.
John was born March 24, 1932 in St. Jorge Azores the son of Domingos and Maria (Marques) Barroso.
He is survived by his wife Victoria Barroso, his children; Mary (Kenneth) Tatami, Filemina (Joseph) Sanches, John (Tiffany) Barroso, Jr., Fatima Yriarte and Manuel Barroso, six grandchildren; Achley, Christopher, Miguel, Dustin, Jessica and Thomas.
The Holy Rosary will be recited at Sacred Heart Church on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:30 am followed by the Funeral Mass. Burial private. Services are entrusted to Whitehurst Funeral Chapel-Dos Palos.
