Suzanne Naomi Basinger
September 18, 1949 - April 2, 2016

Suzanne “Bear Cat” Basinger, 66, passed away on April 2, 2016. She was the oldest of 9 children, resided in Los Banos as a young girl and graduated Los Banos
High School in 1967.
She lived in Stockton and was a Psychiatric Technician for the State of California. She was a
hard working single mother of one. Suzanne provided a good life for her son, Brian. She had a big heart and a giving spirit with great character and morals that have been passed on to her family to this day.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her parents Billy Joe and Mary Sue Basinger; her siblings
Glenda Avila, Vickie Roses, and Billy Ray Basinger.
She is survived by her loving son, Brian Basinger, Sr.; daughterin-law April Basinger; grandson
Brian “Christopher” Basinger, Jr.; brother Mickey Basinger; sisters, Beverly Capel, Debbie Manzanedo, Lisa Basinger, and Brenda Baker.
Private services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 in Stockton. Services are under the
direction of Whitehurst Funeral Chapels~Los Banos.
