Julia Casas Delgado

Julia Casas Delgado a resident of Firebaugh, California since 1962 passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Madera Community Hospital. She was 86 years old.
Julia was born January 28, 1930 in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico the daughter of Marcelino and Manuela (Ontiveroz) Casas. At the age of 14, Julia met the love of her life and married him. They were married for 53 years. They were blessed with 17 children. She was the most loving wife, mother and grandma. She will always be remembered for her loving kindness, her endless faithful prayers, beautiful smile, her humbleness, and her endless unconditional love. She will be deeply missed, remembered lovingly and never forgotten by her pedacitos de oro and her chiquitos y chiquitas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three children.
She is survived by her fourteen children: Narciso (Josie) Delgado, Marcelino (Roxanne) Delgado, Paul (Evelyn) Delgado, Yolanda (Santos) Zapata, Raul (Mavis) Delgado, Juanita (Lalo) Costales, Robert (Kate) Delgado, Stella (David) Webb, Sylvia (Larry) Garcia, Rosa (Jesse) Mora, Oscar Delgado, Ramiro (Veronica) Delgado, Gilbert (Candice) Delgado, Lisa Delgado, 52 grandchildren, and 63 great grandchildren (We love you from all your pedacitos de oro), one sister; Herlinda Garcia, and many family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2015 at 10:00 am at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel of Dos Palos. Burial at the Dos Palos Cemetery District. Services are entrusted to Whitehurst Funeral Chapel-Dos Palos
