"Guadalupe Garcia was an amazing co-worker and a kind soul. I used to work down the hall from him at building 949 where he worked. I remember the first time I met him was in the mail room and eventually we started talking to each other each time our paths crossed in the hallway. Lupe was always in a good mood and funny! My nickname for him was Cowboy because he always wore a cowboy hat to work. Lupe and I would talk about everything - from work, to family, to the Dallas Cowboys, to Texas, to politics...some of my favorite times at work were when we were able to catch up and talk. He was so easy to talk to. Sometimes an hour long conversation felt like five minutes. I will miss Lupe's contagious smile and big heart. He was so friendly and just an all around good person. To the family of Lupe, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I hope God plants a peace in your hearts and a comfort in your soul knowing that one day we will all be reunited with our loved ones in heaven. May you rest in peace Cowboy! You will be missed."
