"Mr. Mincey was a good man. He and his wife were always so kind and generous to friends and neighbors. Although I had never met him, my mom talked often of his generosity. He had some of the best grapes and pears that I ever tasted. Our deepest sympathies go out to the family.

"The first time I met Kenneth he was sitting on an upturned 5-gallon bucket overseeing construction of the new office building on Browns Bridge Road. He wanted to talk about the landscape for the new building. At first I was intimidated by this quiet man. However, I soon came to appreciate what a lovely person he was. I felt privileged and grateful to work with him over the years, and always enjoyed running in to him and catching up. He always had a kind word and loved his family! He will be greatly missed.
