My grandma, my mentor was an amazing woman in my life. Smart, funny, and cute. When I was small she would take me to the public pool and buy me ice cream sandwiches. We would go to the park and feed the ducks. I remember having Fruit Loops and bacon for breakfast and laying on the floor watching "The Price is Right" when I would visit for a month every summer. We would have competitions to see who had the longest french fry. Bittersweet memories. She was an unbelievable great-grandma as well, very patient. She will be missed deeply. (Laura Powers)

A large part of my grandma's life was dedicated to helping others. She was sober for 36 years. Throughout that time, she helped countless people who struggled with alcoholism and addiction; continuing to sponsor others all the way up until her passing. She was a beacon of light and hope to her friends and family and helped pave the way for some of her loved ones to achieve sobriety! (Missy Krohn)

Grandma Pat "Papa pat" was the center of our family. I will never forget how much she loved her family, she never missed a holiday, a birthday, or any other reason to get together. She was the most amazing mother, grandma, great-grandma, and friend to so many. "Papa Pat" was greatly loved throughout her life and she will be greatly missed now. (Laura Krohn)

My grandma was one of the most amazing women I've ever met. Fiercely loyal to her family, incredibly smart, and unbelievably compassionate, she had an immense impact on every member of the Krohn family and she will never be forgotten. Especially the smarties! We love you, grandma! (Scott Krohn)

Grandma Pat (or as my kids called her, Big Grandma) was one of the most amazing women I've ever known. She loved her family with all she had and we loved her back just as much. She had the most wonderful sense of humor, was always fair, and gave the best advice. She will be forever missed and cherished. Heaven gained a beautiful soul and now we have another guardian angel looking over us. Until we meet again. (Wayne and Candi Reese)

"Many memories of Pat , usually in a one on one conversation with someone. She made a difference in so many peoples lives. She had several of these talks with my son and definitely made a difference in his life. So classy and very gracious. Her spirit and soul will be missed ."

"I was a Benham. The Krohns & Benhams were neighbors on the farm when my Dad & Lynn were growing up. Some had scattered to south of Danvers & to Benson, but when I was a kid we had an \"Old Neighborhood Picnic\" every summer & that is how I got to know the Krohns, Petricks, Sanders; I can\'t even think who all at the moment, but their country school teacher & her husband always came. When I graduated from Vo-Tech & got a job in Willmar, I had money saved up for a car. My Dad (Wes) went shopping & found a car at Junior\'s Pontiac-Buick dealership for me. I would like to express my sympathy to all the Krohn family on the loss of your mother & grandmother. Bonnie Smith"

"I?m writing on behalf of Aunt Pats extended family in Minnesota. We are saddened for the loss of this amazing woman. It is a difficult and profound loss, loosing your mom, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Our mom was Lynn Krohn Jr. ?s older sister (June) whom we lost almost 6 years ago. I only have childhood memories of Pat and I remember her always being such a wonderful mom to her 3 sons, ( my cousins), Ronny, Jeff and Brad. I also have vivid memories of her Laughter which I can actually still hear in my head! After she and her family moved to Arizona, we fell out of touch with the Arizona Krohn?s, but have since re-established communication with cousin Brad! We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt sadness to all Pats family! ?To everything , there is a season and a time for every purpose under Heaven? Much love and hugs are sent your way. With sincere sympathy, Nancy (Tait) Diebel "
