Jerique J. Bryson, 24, of Fort Dodge passed away unexpectedly February 14, 2021 at his home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Lighthouse Ministries Church with Kelly Moore officiating. Burial will follow at North Lawn Cemetery. A visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, February 26, 2021 at Laufersweiler Funeral Home.
Jerique is survived by his parents, Vanessa Gully of Fort Dodge and Jermaine Bryson of Omaha, NE; daughter, Zariah Bryson and his significant other, Kelsey Jones of Fort Dodge; siblings, Vonique Gully (Cameron Carodine), Tyrique Bryson, Younique Gully, My'Unique Gully, Darien Green, Bryson Gobeli, Deron Foy, Tyron Gully, and Devontae Foy; grandparents, Elaine Gully of Fort Dodge and Booker T. Bryson of Omaha, NE; aunts, Ta'Juana Gully and Tyan Smith both of Des Moines; uncles, Tyrell Gully of Des Moines, Justin Bryson and John Bryson both of Omaha, NE; nephews, Cyrique Carodine and Darien Green, Jr.; nieces, Zyrique Carodine and Ca'Niya Carodine.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Bryson; great-grandparents, Percy and Pearlie McElroy brothers, Daqualis Poe, Etienne Burns, and James Starr.
Jerique Jeramine "Recco" Bryson was born November 15, 1996 in Fort Dodge. He attended area schools and graduated with his GED in 2016. Jerique enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his daughter. He started a clothing line named Adorr' and loved shopping and traveling.
Memorials may be left to family discretion.
