"Angel was one of a kind. The most loving, caring, outgoing and outspoken person you could ever meet. She had a laugh like no other. You couldn't be in a room with her laughing without laughing right along with her. She truly believed in giving everyone a chance. Never once met a stranger. She loved her family, especially her dad. I am so glad that I was able to be apart of her life for all these years. She was more than just a friend to me, she was a sister. I will cherish all the memories we've shared together and she will forever and always hold a piece of my heart."
