"Worked with Bob for awhile at Theisens. He was the hardest working guy there and did so much for his family. I feel bad he never really got to enjoy being retired as he\'d keep on working. I feel he\'s enjoying his life in heaven and no longer suffering or worrying like he did. Rip Bob"

"Difficult to put into words everything that Bob has meant to our family. He was a good, honorable man. For as long as can be remembered, his loyalty to others and his strength rise to the surface as an example to others. Not many out there like that and to quote an old saying, they definitely "broke the mold" with Bob. A second father and a bond stronger than can be described, he was a part of my life. I can close my eyes and transport myself back to childhood and all the times I stayed in your home. I was another one of his sons and he was my Dad's good friend. Whether playing out back of the old house, t.ping someone's home, being mischievous,or eating a meal, so many of my memories include Bob and Rita. So sorry that Covid is keeping us in Georgia. Will always love all of you and miss him. Steve (Dottie and David)"

"Though words, however gentle, cannot take your loss away, please know people like Bob are truly rare. I had no father, except my granddad. Bob served in that role for a period of time. He was kind, amusing, generous, and reliable. Bob could be a bit sassy and smart which people who did not know him would never guess. Bob was a good man, he would do anything for his family, and that on its own speaks volumes. My family?s hearts are with you and your family."
