"Jeff, Michael, Barb and Danny and Michael jr. When I heard of your mother's passing, it made me reflect back to many years of great times in the family. I don't know of anyone that had more zest for fun or anyone that prayed more to the Blessed Virgin than your Mom. I know I always referred to June, Johanna and Carol as Huey, Louie, and Duey because they all confided in each other whenever there was a family question or concern. I know deep in my heart that right now she is with her brother Michael, her mother Martha, Uncle Nick Uncle Mike, Tom and Junebird and Carol Lee in a peaceful place planning another family picnic or party and smiling down on us. It's been over sixty years of family gatherings, serious times, and happy times. My only regret is that I couldn't be in Rochester to honor and thank you for being such a wonderful part of our life. When you and June met and accepted Denise as part of the family, I knew then that Carol would have approved of my going on with my life. I am convinced that there is a Heaven because there is no other place that the Lord would want you all to be. With our love always, Joe & Denise"
