Barbara DiNoto
October 3, 1953 - April 15, 2015

Greece: April 15, 2015. Predeceased by her parents, Raymond Lorna Wallner; father-in-law, Christopher A. DiNoto Sr; brother-in-law, Christopher A. DiNoto Jr. She is survived by her loving devoted husband, Gary DiNoto; daughter, Dana DiNoto; brothers, John (Aggie) Wallner, Bill Wallner; mother-in-law, Helen DiNoto; brother-in-law, Mark (Debra) DiNoto; nieces nephews, Tiffany, Rob, Nicole, Michael, Gina, Chrissy, Alicia, Dillon Jack; Aunt, Elsie Pluhowski; several great-nieces, great-nephews cousins; her extended family at Acosta Wegmans.



Babs' visitation will be Sunday, April 19 from 3-7PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her funeral service will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday at the funeral home. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport NY 14450 in Barbara's memory.



Barbara grew up in Perryopolis, PA where she attended Star Junction Grammar School. Her family moved to Rochester when Barbara was eight years old. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1971. After high school, she worked for Eastman Kodak as a model. Barbara then worked for St. Joe Paper Company for nine years and later on worked for Acosta Food Brokers as the Executive Business Manager for almost 30 years. Barbara and her husband, Gary met at a card game and were married on May 30, 1974 at Wesley Methodist Church and went on to have their daughter, Dana.

Barbara enjoyed vacations to Florida and visiting family. She also felt that holidays were a very special time. Barbara was always very considerate as she would bring food to her husband's fire house to feed all of his fellow firefighters. She also loved her dogs and all animals as she was known to feed the neighborhood feral cats. Barbara rode motorcycles for over 40 years and when she stopped riding, she moved onto a 2013 Nissan 370 Z sports car. Barbara loved watching hockey and was a fan of the Buffalo Sabres. She also loved coffee at Starbucks and would enjoy her favorite cup of Starbucks coffee every morning before she went to work.

Barbara was the middle sibling and always treated her family with kindness and selfless love. She was very close with her niece and nephews and was known to be very caring and concerned for others. Barbara will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
