Peacefully passed on July 17, 2020 at the age of 95. Survived by his loving wife Sylvia of 64 years, children; Andrea (Dale) McDowell, Richard Lombardo; grandchildren Breanne (Matthew) Broad, Richard (Danielle) McDowell, great-grandchildren; Violet Charlotte Broad, Lillian Jacob McDowell, several nieces and nephews.
