Survived by children, Christine (Michael) Sokolski, Diana Gardner; grandchildren, Michelle (Shaun) Lewis, Lisa Ann Gardner, Michael (Maria) Sokolski; great-grandchildren, Seana Donaldson, Eddie Sokolski, Adam Lewis, Kensi Grace Lewis, Michaelangelo Sokolski, Andre Sokolski; siblings, Michael (Helen) Mirabella, Mary Hall; brothers-in-law sisters-in-law, Eva Salerno, Dolores Dentino, Mickey Dentino; many loving nieces, nephews, and her special friend and companion, Nick Galletto. Grace was a long-time active member of the Ladies Auxilliary of the Eagles Aerie #52.



Visitation will be 4-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). Grace's funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 12 PM at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lifetime Care, c/o Kristina Mossgraver, 3111 S. Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623 in Grace's memory.

It is so hard to accept you are gone from our daily lives, but in your passing I learned how one person can be loved and appreciated by so many others. I truely believe the storms that passed in Rochester the day of your burial was God crying for having taken such a beautiful person from so many who loved you. I love you Gram!!"
