"Some of you may have heard of this, some not. Me and brother Robert hung around together at our parents summer place in Fairhaven on the weekends and we had a few "Special" of places that were ours alone. We would hurry after breakfast and go up to our favorite tree that was on a hill - It was perfect because I could somewhat easily lift him up onto a branch and even swing him up and down and then I'd climb up and we would talk for quite awhile about kid stuff. Look out over the Bay, and then I'd help him down and we'd go exploring. But you know, we really loved our tree, and I belive we will have a tree like that so much better in Heven. I'd always call him Robbie Robot and one day he called me and told me he saw a Robbie Robot for sale on T.V. How about that! Robert was always there when you needed him and never liked anyone to be alone. He was my sweet baby brother and I loved him deeply and will always - It will never stop. He loved his children so very much and his wife and his bud Barny. He loved his family deeply and I love him and my heart aches so much for such a precious loving brother. You are in the best place ever, my dearest!"

"One of my fondest memories with my Brother-In-Law, Robert, was a deer hunt we did in Naples. He always liked hiking and on this trip, he just coudn't resist. He nodded towards the top of this 'mountain' we were crossing at the base, and stated "Let's check out the top!". "Right now?", I questioned, noticing the slope was quite steep and that I was packing a lot more gear than he. "Sure, looks good up top." he replied, and off we went. After what seemed like an hour or two later, we reached the top. I immediately plopped my tired, gear laden behind down at the first tree I saw. Robert got a kick out my sorry state asked if I was tired. "Ya' think?", I managed to blurt out between wheezes and chuckles. "Sure wouldn't have been any fun looking for an easier way up, huh?" "At least my descent will be easier, Rob, just gotta roll down. We can meet up for lunch at the bottom!" Didn't see any deer that day, but had a wonderful time roaming the countryside with my bro, Robbie-Robot!
I plan to hand Jeff my gear and point him up that mountain one day!"

"Rob you are a hero to my boys who love you so much and you are a dear friend to Don and I. You said we have so many good memories and we sure do. Sitting in your beautiful yard last summer that you took care of so meticulously, to playing street hockey for 5 hours straight with the kids to playing games at our house and watching the boys play hockey. Cheering them on and telling them never to quit to finding pucks with Andrew at each game and enjoing the Bills and the Sabres games with your family and always welcoming Nick into your family. You never quit and your pride for your family beamed through your eyes. We will pray for you Rob, please pray for us. So very sorry Debbie, Ryan, Ashley, Mike, Jeff and Barney."
