"Jeannine Guilyard My funniest memories of my grandmother are what we called "mimi-isms". Mimi would just say the funniest, craziest stuff sometimes and be totally serious. My favorite mimi-ism happened a few years ago when she was telling us about a movie she watched, and she said the name of it was, "Riding Miss Daisy"! Of course, she meant to say "Driving Miss Daisy" but it really did give us all a good laugh!!"

So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips"

John A Morana wrote on Nov 30, 2002:

"John A Morana Relation to Deceased: Son in Law Antoinette was simply the finest mother-in-law one could hope for. There was no BS with Mimi. She was genuine... "The Real Deal"... with lots of LOVE (and yes, plenty of concern) for her family and others. She lived an honest life, devoting a good chunk of it to helping others. A trait that's not as common as we'd like to think. Just like her beloved husband "Mikey", she possessed a gentle, compassionate heart. I'm sure that explains why I got to marry such a wonderful woman. Thank you Mimi. I will miss you deeply."

Marge Morana wrote on Nov 30, 2002:

"Marge Morana We will always remember Antoinette's bright smile and cheerful spirit. She will be greatly missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart, far as long as there is memory, they'll live on in the heart."
