History

AL established Geyssens Nursery in Greece in 1951. Prior to the Nursery Al served as Plant Manager at Pfaudler CO.



Donations

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Holy Name of Jesus Church or to St. Charles Borromeo Church for the benefit of the less fortunate. Masses may also be offered for the repose of Al`s soul.



Services

BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where Al`s visitation will be Sunday 1-5 PM. Al`s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10:30 AM at Holy Name of Jesus Church, St Martins Way. Interment Falls Cemetery private.



Additional Information

Al loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was kind, serious always fair. He always lived his life by the golden rule. He enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, bowling, fishing, hunting and golf. His true passions were always found in his love for the outdoors. He loved anything to do with gardening. He always kept meticulous records on everything from the types of seeds planted to weather conditions and the yield he received from his efforts.
