"Dear Joanne and Diane, Words cannot express my heartfelt sympathy on the sudden loss of Mary Ann. While I never knew Mary Ann, I know how much you loved and cared for her, and more importantly, so did she. Joanne, you have been my cherished friend for so many years, and I know the last few years have been tough on you, but you have persevered with grace and courage. I also know you have very strong shoulders and can bear more than most, but please do keep in mind you have many people who love you and are here for you. I'm so glad you and Diane have each other to lean on. You are in my thoughts and prayers. "You knew you were going and you just went. I got your prank yesterday. Who am I going to laugh with, and who am I going to make pee their pants now? I will miss you so very, very much, I just don't have the words to express how much our friendship has meant to me. But, you knew that, because I always told you. I keep picking up the phone to call you, and I remember you're not there. But you know what? I know you are happy up there, with your Mom and Dad and the rest of the family! Give my Dad a hug, and I will see you soon, but hopefully not to soon. We were supposed to do our bucket list of travels............ can't write anymore girlfriend, the tears won't stop. Love you like a sister, always and forever....Nor"
