Rochester: Passed peacefully on Sunday, July 19. Phyllis is lovingly remembered as mom, grandmother, sister & friend. She is pre-deceased by her parents Anthony and Theresa, sister Susan and brother Tony. Phyillis is survived by her four children Donald, Lyn, Liz, Leslie; her grandchildren, Alexandra, Lauren, Eric, her sister Janet Jimenez; brothers, James and Tom Agostinelli. Phyllis was a lifetime resident of Rochester, but enjoyed her many adventures with her family. Phyllis loved her family, her music and the arts, and her cherished roses. Phyllis' Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM on Saturday July 25th at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Avenue, Rochester NY.
