Bobby Dernard Rackley
June 1, 1954 - January 9, 2021

Bobby was born on June 1, 1954, to Robert Lee and Sadie Mae Rackley in San Diego, California.

He received his formal education in the San Diego Unified School District. After graduation, Bobby went to work in the construction field as a Lather and later worked for Pepsi. He enjoyed attending church, cooking, talking on the telephone, and spending time with his nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bobby Dernard Rackley, age 66, departed this earth on Saturday, January 9, 2021, in San Diego, California. Bobby brought so much laughter and love to all of his family and friends.

Bobby was preceded in death by his father Robert Lee Rackley, wife Sandra Rackley, sister Carrie Ann Rackley, brother Robert Alonza Rackley, and his dog Killer. Left to cherish his memory are: his mother Sadie Mae Rackley; two brothers: Perman Rackley (Linda) of Oakland, CA, and Bernard Rackley (Charlene).; five sisters: Martha Howell (Lawrence) of Stewart, FL, Catherine Kennedy, Tina Rackley-Porter (Thomas-deceased) of Philadelphia, PA, Stephanie Austin (Stephen-deceased), and Carla Gilstrap; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
