Chad Stokes, 39, of Glenwood, IA, passed on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the University of Nebraska Medicine Hospital in Bellevue, NE. A visitation with the family present will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Loess Hills Funeral and Cremation Center in Glenwood. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood is caring for Chad and his family.

Chad married Angelica Duran on June 8, 2004.
Chad enjoyed spending time outside from fishing to playing basketball. He enjoyed putting together Legos and model cars, playing videos games and going 4 wheeling. Most important he loved spending time with family and friends. He was a very hard worker and he bettered his life for his family by getting his GED and going to college and getting his associates degree.
Chad is survived by wife Angelica of Glenwood, IA; children, Brittney Klein-Stokes of Council Bluffs, IA, Nathan Stokes of Glenwood, IA, Jasmine Hernandez of Glenwood, IA, Savannah Stokes of Glenwood, IA; father, Kevin Stokes of Missouri; mother, Ronda Neal (Patrick) of Hamburg, IA; siblings, Kimberly Mejia-Flores of Bellevue, NE, Brent Neal of Shenandoah, IA, Sean Neal of Council Bluffs, IA, Jennifer Neal of Hamburg, IA; other relatives and host of friends.
