In loving memory of

Henry & Judith Reese

Henry E. Reese April 23, 1941 - December 22, 2020
Judith P. Reese November 02, 1942 - December 24, 2020

It is with great sadness that the Reese family announce the passing of Henry Reese who passed away on Tuesday December 22, 2020 and Judith Reese who passed on Thursday, December 24, 2020 both following a short illness. Henry was born in Columbus, MS to the late Walter and Mary (Greene) Reese on April 23, 1941. Judith was born in Taunton, MA to the late John and Mary (Mimosa) Martin on November 2, 1942. Henry and Judith shared many values but family was number one for both of them, they had no greater joy than watching their family expand, first with their Grandchildren and then their Great-Grandchildren.
They also both loved traveling and were able to take many trips with their families. Their favorite trips were Family Fun Fun and Cruises.

Henry served in the Navy for 15 years and always had a deep love of the ocean. He always said he just felt at peace on the water, more so than anywhere else. Their grandchildren were lucky enough to have experienced being on the water with him.

He had a long career at Franklin Sports, where he made lifelong friendships.

Judith worked as a Seamstress in the Garment District for several years and assisted in raising the coming generations of her family. She was more relaxed at home with her friends and family hosting family BBQ's and gatherings were truly her greatest happiness.

They are survived by their three children; Mark D. Reese and wife Theresa, Debra M. Skidmore and husband Donald, Donna M. Reese Graves, siblings; Elda P. Martin of East Providence and Aldina P, Lopes of Houston, TX, Ricky E. Reese and wife Bobbie of Columbus, MS., Barbara F. Huelsmann and husband David of Omaha, NE., and Mary D. Girot of Bourbonnais, IL., seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Henry and Judith were predeceased by their siblings, Celestina P. Lincoln, Edward and John Martin, Susan Reese and Kenneth Wayne Reese.

Services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton MA 02780. For directions or to leave an online condolence please visit www.r-mfh.com.

"My deepest sympathy to all of you over the loss of your beautiful parents Hank and Judy. I will always remember them as helpful and loving. They were a huge part of my life and this seems so surreal. God knew what he was doing when he took them both. Neither one would have wanted to go on without the other. Please know that other share your sorrow. There are no words at a time like this I can truly express how one feels. May you rest in eternal peace my friends"
