"I have so many childhood memories of this sweet person, running free, mixing up mud pies and driving our parents crazy! One of my favorite times was losing the hamster in the house and spending hours searching for it. Jeff was always the best friend ever. When nobody asked me to prom, Jeff did. When I needed a ride to Winona State, Jeff was there. He was shy, kind and I loved his laugh. Be at peace my friend. I will remember you fondly. I know I made fun of that giant monster truck, but the sparkle it put in your eyes was awesome. Michelle Zeichert Nelson"
