"Hna. Olivia touched my heart in many ways throughout the years. Sometimes it only took her embrace, or her beautiful smile for me from across the room I had just entered to make me feel I was the most interesting, important person there. I'm certain she knew how much she meant to me. Her generous spirit, love of harmony, endless service above self were the hallmark qualities I love about Hna.Olivia. A true inspiration. She was a light in my life that I'll never forget. "
