Kaitlyn Jade Farnsworth passed away on November 17, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, MA. Kaitlyn was born on March 25th, 1986 at Morton Hospital in Taunton, MA. Kaitlyn spent most of her life in her home town of Raynham, MA. She worked as a CNA and always was looking to help others.
Kaitlyn was survived by her children; Jordan Silvia, Evalyn Silvia, parents; Arthur Farnsworth and Gail Farnsworth, sister; Jenell Farnsworth, aunts; ,Anne Sylvia, Lynn Bombardier, Patricia Brooking, Babra Klish, and Uncle Ray Farnsworth, Cousins; Jon Paul, Mike, Jason, Josh, Jared, Justin, Santana, sage, Jude, and long time best friend Melissa Casey.
Kaitlyn enjoyed fishing, listening to Wu-Tang her forever favorite band, and love spending time with her children, family and friends. Kaitlyn's children were her world and her heart will forever be with them as they were the most important part of her life. Kaitlyn was a very spiritual woman and will be deeply missed by all family and friends that were dearest to her heart. We will honor, respect and remember a beautiful woman that touched and enriched all of our lives in so many ways.
The ones we love can never be more than a thought away. Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Kaitlyn loved with her heart and soul. There is no separation for as long as there is memory. Kaitlyn lives in our hearts to stay. Kaitlyn may have passed on but certainly would not want anyone crying. Kaitlyn's always here, and there will come a day we will see her again. When life separates us we remember it is only her soul leaving her body but her spirit will always be with us

A graveside service and celebration of Kaitlyn's life will be held on Saturday, December 5th at 11a.m at the Pleasant Street Cemetery in Raynham. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
