ARLENE F. HILLIER
April 3, 1929 - November 22, 2020

Arlene F. Hillier, 91, of Marquette, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 22, 2020 at her home after a brief illness.

Arlene was born on April 3, 1929 in Marquette, a daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Levandowski) Matt and was a lifelong area resident.

Survivors include her husband of 72 years, Edward Hillier, who she married on September 18, 1948 in Marquette; four children, Kay Hillier of Long Island, NY, Scott (Phyllis) Hillier of AuTrain, Julee (Jim) Johnson of Minong, WI and Christopher Hillier of Columbus, NY; five grandchildren, Michael (Elizabeth) Hillier, Jessica (Steven) Paajanen, Jori Gohsman, Josh (Lindsey) Johnson, and Jenna Johnson; also nine great grandchildren. Preceding her in death besides her parents were three brothers and two sisters.

A private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Christopher Catholic Church with the Rev. Gregory Heikkala officiating.
