Charles McClelland II, 58, of Glenwood, IA passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at the Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, IA. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the Fairview Cemetery in Council Bluffs with Rev. Dr. Brent Smith officiating. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood is caring for Charles and his family.

Charles Stuart McClelland II, 58, of Glenwood, Iowa, passed away on November 23, 2020 at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Charles has been a resident of the Glenwood Resource Center since May 1970.
Charles was born on March 28, 1962 in Council Bluffs, the only child of Charles Stuart Sr. and Helen Marie (Pergande) McClelland.
Charles was preceded in death by his father in 1989 and his mother in 2007.
Charles is survived by his cousin Jay Myers and guardian Mary Myers, both of Omaha, NE; and his friends and the caring staff at the Glenwood Resource Center.
