Lola Ann Cook
March 3, 1943 - November 17, 2020

Lola Ann Cook, 77, of Cumming passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, the Honorable Judge William Robert Robertson and Laura Ann Robertson, her brother Robert Robertson, her sister, Sara Jane (Lally) Purcell, and two daughters, Cathy and Caren Cook.

She leaves behind a brother Ernie Robertson, two children Steve Cook (Katy Cook), and Major Laura Cook Johnson (Colonel Kelly Johnson), six grandchildren Simon Robertson, Katherine Cook, Rebecca Christe (Nate Christe), Corporal William Cook, John-Michael Cook and Sam Cook, and one beautiful great-granddaughter, Laura Jane Christe.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 20, at 1:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Schmid officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory, 210 Ingram Ave; Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.

"To Steve Cook and family, Major Laura Cook Johnson, and to all the Family! Brother Earnie Roberson; I went to Ducktown School with Lola and Earnie! Lola and me was in the same grade. We had the best time in everything we did, She and Linda Hill where good friends they always dressed alike in the beautiful dresses. She was a good friend, but we lost touch when we went on to high school! May God Bless you in this trying time and always."
