"Sue and I were so saddened to hear of Marie\'s death, and sad for the All Saints community as well. Marie surprised me from time to time with unanticipated generosity and helpfulness. Before I could ask, she was offering! A hard worker and ardently self-sufficient, Marie found rest in worship and fellowship at All Saints, where she was enjoyed and appreciated by new found friends. She will be missed."

Rica Kelly (from All Saints) wrote on Nov 16, 2020:

"Marie shall certainly be missed!! I speak as a friend from All Saints Lutheran Church in Lilburn, Marie\'s home church. She was an enthusiastic, humorous, and creative member of our WELCA group. All Saints got lots of TLC from her loving hands as she cared for our grounds and flower beds. Our hearts share the Sanders family\'s loss, as Jeannette and Ray (also All Saints members) loved her dearly. Marie touched a great many lives, and I for one, am so glad to have known her. Rica Kelly"
