"My memory of Chuck is of a shy boy I met in Fostoria when we were growing up. Our grandparents were siblings and we used to visit back and forth from Willard in Ohio. We didn?t keep in touch as teenagers but I wish we had as adults. Listening to the service I learned what an amazing man he became. Sending love from the Richards side of the family, Cecealia and Charlene. "
