She enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs every summer and counted down the days to spring training. She had the chance to go to Wrigley Field and see the Cubs in action several years ago. It was a cherished memory for her. She also enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeyes play basketball and football. But most of all she enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and participate in band and orchestra. She also loved playing BINGO, taking rides with her husband Floyd through Brushy Creek and Dolliver Park and spending time with her immediate and extended family members.
