Robert H. Wellington Jr. passed away at his home in Taunton, surrounded by loved ones, on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at the age of 78.
Robert was born March 26, 1942 to the late Florence M. (Demetrio) and Robert Wellington. He grew up in Brockton, later moving to Taunton. Robert owned an Auto Body shop, B & M Auto Body until his retirement in 2016. In his spare time, he enjoyed motorcycles and race cars. He cherished the time spent with his family and will be deeply missed.
In addition to his wife, Nancy, Robert is survived by his children: Robin and husband Joseph Yetman of Lakeville, Rhonda Wellington of Taunton, Roxanne Fox of East Taunton, Robert H. Wellington III of East Taunton, step daughter: Donna M. Clapp of Groveland and step son: Richard P. Guy of Fall River, grandchildren: James Wellington of FL, Donald Holmes of NY, Samantha Fox, Mathew Fox both of East Taunton, Joseph Yetman of Lakeville, Jonathan Yetman of Hyannis, Corey Wellington of Taunton, Matthew Guy of Groveland, Kyle Clapp of Groveland, Madison, Jasmin and Paige Guy of Fall River, two great-grandchildren: Lilly Wellington and Autumn Wellington of FL, and his sweet dog, Maggie. Robert was predeceased in death by his siblings: Ralph, Frankie, Peggy ad Louise Wellington.
