"Darlene, I'm thinking of you and your family and remembering well that smile of Dale's and the great pride he had in the family you and he created. I'm one of Walter Boock's daughters and am glad that Dad helped our Boock family meet up with the Peters family at reunions in Manning and Des Moines. My prayers are with you. With love, Peggy"

"Decades ago (when I was young) I remember Dale as always so nice to talk to at family gatherings at aunt Florence's farm. Years later at our reunion in Carroll he hadn't changed a bit. What a gentle and nice man !! He left us too early but left such a great legacy with his great family !! Best regards to all. John Hinz"
